Oh, my word, we had a wonderful weekend here ! The room was clean and tidy, it smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable, no unauthorized critterage, The cable, a/c and everything worked. The pool was nice - it made me happy to hear children enjoying themselves. The bathroom, oh !! Just beautiful !! It is sooo hard to find a motel with unmolested or worse, replaced beautiful pink tiled bathrooms. I took pictures and just stared at it. So beautiful. The staff was pleasant, helpful and considerate. We will be coming back. Thank you !

Decent

Definitely not the best condition room. It worked for us. It was close to the beach. Check-in was east. Staff is friendly. Parking is tight but they make it work. Walking distance to rides and boardwalk. We will be staying again.

Didn’t get the room I booked, and had to ask to change the room they put me in, it’s not a fancy place but they room was clean , AC worked and TV worked. So no complaints on my end.Staff was friendly and helpful

We had a pleasant stay at Royal Court for 2 nights. We were in the grand apartment (room 222) and the room had new floors which were very clean. We had 3 air conditioners which all ran well and the beds were very comfortable. There are also extra pillows in the closet which was a nice added bonus. The bathroom could use some minor updating but it was still clean. We had 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. This motel is so close to the boardwalk and we all had a great time in the pool as well.

Parking is weird. They make you leave your car key so they can move your car because the only way to park is to block other people in. Staff was very nice at check in. Cleaning people were having a loud conversation outside our door at like 6am. You can hear everything. It was ok for the price but probably would upgrade to another place next time. Close to Boardwalk definitely a plus. Shower in room was likely clogged cuz water backed up but didn’t really cause an issue.

From the moment I entered the office at check-in……I thought I was completely grossed out. Parking was awful. Conditions were very poor. There was long black hair in every sheet, pillow case, towel and wash cloth. Walls were paper thin….and the list goes on. There was one lone bright spot….the king bed was the softest and most comfortable bed I ever slept on…..go figure.

The room was so nasty I didn’t even stay in there. It has a bad odor, sheets were stained or dirty and bathroom specifically the shower was gross. There is also a $25 fee for sand in the room which is crazy considering the hotel is located in wildwood. You walk to you room and the smell of weed was so strong then you get to your room and it is still so strong that you yourself could get high. Not a good environment for little kids. The pool one the upper deck looked like it was in a different hotel, water was clean and looked really nice. Pool on the ground level was gross, water was cloudy and green and just looked unkept. This would be a hotel that even if it was the last room available I wouldn’t stay there, I just wouldn’t be going. Good luck to anyone who stays there.

Not as bad as some people say about it but bathroom was dirty and grimy and there is a $25 fee advertised if you leave a bit of sand in the room. I tried to clean out as much as I could. If I am charged that fee this rating will go down two stars. But we had a good nights sleep each night and if you’re not too concerned about which motel you want to stay at it’s fine. The two pools were also nice to have.

This was a hot mess. Parking situation is rough, at best. They tell you to leave your car keys in your room so they can move your car if you need to. No one on site to help with issues at night. I got locked outside of my room at 10pm with my 2 kids and called the number posted 12 times with no one to answer. Units have individual AC units which may or may not work. 2 dead flies in our room and a used wristband of some kind stuck to the mirror. Television did not work. Ran out of toilet paper (only 1 roll given) and tried to find more at 6pm, but no one was on site to help us. Large party group next door blasting music, kids running all over. Location is good - end of boardwalk 2 blocks off of boards. Family dollar across the street but ... otherwise ... spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere .. anywhere .. better.

I stayed at the Royal Court Motel in a standard 1-Queen room during the last weekend of August 2026. The location is great—just a short walk from the boardwalk—and the room was very clean. While the space and parking lot were a bit tight, the amenities (A/C, fridge, Firestick TV) and friendly service made up for it. The staff was incredibly responsive, coming to my rescue within minutes when I locked my keys inside. It served its purpose well for a last-minute trip, though despite the convenience, I’ll likely opt for a slightly pricier, more modern property on my next visit.

Place was very dirty,bed bugs I've got athletes foot even with slippers on ,pools was dirty ,no staff to check in or out,comforter looks like from the 1960s, very noisy when sleeping old t-shirt
