Very Convenient to Boardwalk, Parking Lot was a little small for the amount of rooms but there is still on street parking available

Overall place was nice for the price. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the parking. There are very few parking spots so people have to double park. They make you leave your car keys with the office to move your car is someone needs to get out.

This is an old school motel. Very clean and nice people who run it. Its basic, but for a few nights it was perfect.

Good location and just enough of everything.

It was a pleasant stay, but keep in mind that you won't find services like those of other big chain hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect! However, there is no central air conditioning. Be sure to ask for extra bedding if you have kids. The toiletries are limited, but of good quality.

Spacious room with two king beds which were very comfortable. Two blocks and you’re right on the boardwalk. I did not like the parking- for 2/3 of the spaces you had to either be ‘parked in’ with someone behind you, or if you were behind someone, you had to leave your keys with the hotel. We also had two cars and I had to park 5 blocks away in order to not pay for parking which was $120 for the day.

The rooms are very small. I booked a double room. Little to no walking space. The room smelled horrible. The smell was of old clothes, furniture and dirty sheets.

You get what you pay for! We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. It def could use a deep clean but was fine. Staff was friendly. Parking isn’t ideal. We felt safe and the pool was decent and the noise level wasn’t bad.

Moved but happy …

I booked a room during a period when the hotel was under renovation. Suitable rooms were not available. The Manager was very helpful and booked me into a nice, suitable hotel 3 blocks away.
