"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "Great place to stay with children. Pool was so great and they had reserved slots so one time we used, we were the only family and the next time we used, maybe 4-6 other families but manageable.
Friendly staff. Room was clean. Corridors, elevators, lounge and pool/locker area were also clean.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, more so than in many more expensive hotels we have stayed in.
Rooms are compact and basic although very cleverly designed. It’s a comfortable bed to sleep in with a good shower. Suited us as we are usually out touring all day. "

The diner is lovely for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and modern with nice extras like hair straighteners and nice coffee. Would stay again and recommend others visit too. Price very reasonable also for a Saturday. "
