"This hotel is a slice of Heaven for sure! From the welcoming and extremely helpful reception staff, to Marco at the bar, this place checks all the boxes. Our room felt like a palace, with tall ceilings, plenty of windows, a very comfortable bed and one of the best, refreshing showers ever. I has always said I would like to see Venice once, but after this stay, I will definitely ensure I re-book when next I return."

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was decent. It was conveniently located next to the train station which made it easy to commute to Venice city centre. The room and bathroom were decent as well."

We enjoyed the coffee maker in our room and complimentary water to cool down after experiencing the heat of the city. The staff were helpful with recommendations for places to eat and transportation requests. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was very nice, great buffet breakfast. It is not in the popular San Marco area but in a quieter area. Still convenient to walk or take public water bus to other areas, if needed. Hotel staff is very friendly & lots of local restaurants in area close to hotel. Highly recommend!!"
