"The very friendly and helpful staff make the stay! Balconies are semi private but hey you get to meet your neighbor. Indoor pool is heated but the heat could be turned up more. Fresh fruit water in the lobby! Comfy beds and soft towels. "

"What they don’t tell you is that it is forced valet parking as their “garage” is under maintenance! Also am incidental charge per night just a flat retainer for stay. Would not recommend!"

"The room was filthy. Despite the claim of an ocean view, you’d see a parking lot, the backs of people’s houses . There were also numerous flying bugs on the balcony. To make matters worse, I had to switch rooms three times for various reasons, and each time was equally unpleasant. I asked for a full refund without any support from management to ensure that I was treated fairly definitely won’t be returning back to this establishment. "

"We got into Virginia Beach about 1:30 after a 10 hours drive and just wanted to shower and sleep. The room that we where given was under construction the bathroom was a mess. We had to go back to check in. They had no more rooms 😕 in the process of him calling a manager i was looking for other accommodation for my family now its about 2:30am ( with a sleey 3 yr old) at this point the manager calls back and gives us another room . Wasted 2 hours but everything else was perfect. "

Fell in love with the location, the view of the ocean, and the restaurant in the Hotel. Definitely coming back real soon"

"We stayed at this hotel for a one week celebrating our anniversary. Location is very good just a few minutes to the beach and boardwalk and grocery store. Front desk Destiny was nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were nice, any time you can change towels, linens, get extra coffee packets, etc. Breakfast was included, it was very handy. Unfortunately the items were very limited, but the good thing was - coffee was all day long and vending machine has lots of varieties. Price was right. I will recommend this hotel."
