"We hebben deze accommodatie geboekt voor 3 nachten mede vanwege de goede beoordelingen. Dan ga je er waarschijnlijk wel met te hoge verwachtingen naartoe. Zo ook in ons geval. Het hotel is niet echt slecht maar zeker geen supergoed hotel en locatie. Ontvangst was vriendelijk, kamer schoon en ruim. Ontbijt is op zich niets op aan te merken, mits de andere gasten nog iets hebben overgelaten... 2 pakken vruchtensap voor 14 à15 personen is erg weinig. Tijdens ons verblijf stonden de andere gasten...

"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, a few steps from the lake. Staff were very welcoming. The Creperie had delicious food and drink which we enjoyed during our stay. Secure, free parking was good to have. The area is very scenic and the town centre a short drive away, full of shops and eateries."

"I chose the Hôtel Les Grillons based on nothing more than a quick web search and ratings. Always risky but it seemed like a good bet. I couldn't have been happier. The room was very nice, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the food?!!! Wow, reason enough to stay there. I can't wait to go back again and soon."

"A Bert nice furst stop on our roadtrip in France a small charming auberge outride a nice restaurant with excellent food. Located close to a canal frequented by small rental boats. We had a nice walk along the canal. Love small genuine places like this. Far from the big tourist hotels. "

"Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets. "

"A nice old castle with large rooms next to a small village not for from Annecy. Surrounding mountains and nature are stunning. Parking is easy and free. The dinner I had there was just OK and a bit pricey for what it was. Otherwise a nice place to stay for one or a few nights to explore the region around."
