The suite we got upgraded to was amazing. I felt the breakfast was underwhelming and often very crowded with long queues, I would suggest potentially serving Lounge Members away from the main restaurant. The lounge offering was great value but service was hit and miss, some staff offered some people cocktails/spirits and not others, while there didn't seem to be enough seating for lounge guests. The two pools give you options and the cleanliness of the rooms could not be faulted.
