"Clean, simple hotel perfect for my solo Florida trip! Hotel is in a great location conveniently close to attractions in Anna Maria Island and Sarasota. Also convenient is having the shopping center next door where there's a Publix, Wawa, and Walmart. Hotel seemed to be a newer construction building and it felt well built and maintained. Breakfast options are limited and its no resort like hotels by the beaches but the price and location made it convenient for my stay. My room was like a nice little studio apartment. Hotel appears to be a newer property"
