My husband and I stayed at this little bit of paradise known as the Magical Suite. Magical is the correct name for this beautifully laid out suite. The hosts made us feel at home and very welcome. We will be back soon. Just love the whole feel of the lake, the sitting area, and also access to the Lanai.

Very Nice Stay at Bea and Gene’s

Bea and Gene were very accommodating and very welcoming into this suite connected to their home. There is a private entrance so you have privacy. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Fun, lovely get away!

Warm, inviting, friendly and gracious hosts. Property was clean, well appointed, nice setting, updated and nice amenities. It was so sweet and thoughtful to be greeted by not only a lovely couple but also a delicious cheese, salami, fruit bowl and champagne with OJ for mimosas when we arrived in the afternoon.

July 4th getaway

Bea and Gene were great. Very welcoming and flexible with check in and checking out. Upon arrival I was surprised that this lovely spot was in fact apart of their home. Did have much privacy in the living space. Just was not 100% clear on the listing. We also ran into a small inconvenience with the pool upon arrival, but they were very helpful and understanding of our small dissatisfaction.My overall opinion is this is a lovely spot for only a couple who definitely do not mind sharing pool space while homeowners are home. The decor and cleanness were great. Items for beach use were available and useful. Best part for me was the outside seating area that was perfect for bird watching while having coffee.

February In Venice Florida

Bea and Gene, you have a lovely home located strategically to everything in Venice with an easy approach to Sarasota or Fort Myers.Our stay started on Sunday, February 16 and we left on Saturday, February 22. The room we had was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for my wife and I to actually work from. Had a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. There is a common area with washer and dryer and stove. Everything appeared brand new. We visit the Venice, Florida area a couple times a year to visit family. So we did not take advantage of the cooking facilities inside and out of the house or the pool or the equipment to fish at the lake that butts up to the property.I have been going to the Venice area for over 35 years. I have gone to many of the fine restaurants in the area. Our hosts, Bea and Gene, have a booklet listing out restaurants, menus things to do in the area. This book is right on as to the things to experiencing joy in the greater Venice, Florida area.Both hosts are very friendly and makes it seem like we’ve known them for years. If you are going to be in the greater Venice Florida area, I suggest you give this fine house a try.

Thank you again to zebra the suite is packed with everything we needed and neither privacy. We wanted to get away and kinda be dukes off for the weekend. We got the privacy we wanted and enjoyed the add ons of the suite. Just fyi for future the pool isn’t connected to the suite it’s a shared area but neither less we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!!!
