"It was a great stay, hotel is very nice and situated in beautiful town. There are a lot of restaurants and few shops nearby. There is a possibility to play tennis, courts are in a good state, red clay surface. Also there are a lot of hiking routes you can do not far from the hotel. "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. "Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!"

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. "Great room. TV solution I would revise and renove that hotelbox thing. Let the guests use their own devices. This solution is for android users only. Dont like that the chairs sround the pool cost 10 Euro to rent from the restuarant. Should be free for guests to use. Minor things but the stuff I would improve. No deal breakers. "The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

Amazing hotel in ideal position!
"Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
