"Great hotel, room was very modern, clean and comfortable with beautiful Mountain views. Great location, near ski lifts and ski bus across the road. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of options, 6 courses at dinner was excellent. Afternoon snack was delicious too and great for when you come off the slopes. Loved the spa especially the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Dressing gown slippers and towels provided. Will definitely be back. "

"I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again! "

"This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. "Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"From checkin to checkout including restauration, the welcome and service were excellent. Finally, staff who smile. Clean and well maintained rooms - we even got upgraded to a loft suite with great views. Anecdote: We decided to stay an extra night but there were no rooms. "Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. The night manager came to our room and tried multiple times to fix it on the computer but it didn’t work. We are used to a cool sleeping temperature at home do the nights were a bit difficult. However, everything else about the hotel is excellent so we would stay here again. "
