"We loved the hot tub, the porch and the cabin. We loved venturing to Goshen and Elkhart and visiting the towns. There was a coffee table with lighting above that was perfect for our puzzle! We were looking for an isolated cabin, and this is not that, but it was very nice and the beds were super comfy."

We were staying out of town for a wedding and the rental provided everything we needed with the bonus of being near the water. Afforfable and definitely worth it. "Nice getaway, designed for outdoor social, not very good for inside social, but we headed out to have good times with a quick game and a couple meals inside. Needs a tv in the small social area, could be on a small table. Could use a deep clean top to bottom but mostly it was clean and safe."

"This cute little cabin was just what my husband and I were needing! We booked for my birthday weekend and the cabin exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, quiet, and peaceful. We got to see turkeys, deer and listen to all the wildlife at night while enjoying a nice fire. The hosts, Linda and Doug were so welcoming and answered any questions we had. We definitely would recommend visiting this cabin and plan on returning for another amazing weekend in the future. "

"This was the perfect spot to get away. My wife and I spend a weekend every year at a little cabin where we review our marriage and refocus. We always like to explore the area and Dowagiac was a gem of an area to go. Sage was our contact and he checked on us multiple times. We had one issue with our bed and he was not only prompt but he made sure to make it right. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway."

"We rented for a weekend, so we could get to know the local area. Sister Lakes is a nice area, consisting of several lakes, including Cable Lake (where the cabin is located). There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-updated. The screen porch was a perfect place to enjoy a time-appropriate beverage and the beautiful Cable Lake view. Easy check in and nicely stocked and furnished!"

"The cabin is so cute and perfect for parents and children. My twin boys are 8 and they loved the loft. Our bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The huge porch was the highlight for us."

"We had a great time while we were in the area loving all the FALL beautiful colors. We made a trip to the lighthouses in St. Joseph, the carousel, and shopping downtown St. Joseph!! We visited the Old Rugged Cross Church too!! If you want a great local Michigan beer, check out Sister Lake Brewing Co.!! Sage’s place was beautiful, and comfortable! Clean too… perfect tv’s to catch the Ohio State Game. There is a Keurig for morning coffee, and coffee provided. "
