The guy at the reception desk in the morning was not friendly: no flexibility to check in earlier than 3 pm nor to leave us in the same room because I added one night after making the 1st reservation. Luckily, the lady in the afternoon was the opposite. Told us it wouldn't make sense to move us which we agreed. There were issues with electricity, so the hallway was dark & we had concerns about the elevator. Otherwise, convenient to airport & the city by tram. Nice roof deck to watch planes.

Terrible time with this establishment. Construction work within the hotel, wasn’t made aware of this before my 4 night trip to Nice. Had to leave around 9am every morning to avoid the noise. Staff were rude and unprofessional, manager was uninterested and dismissive. The sauna was out of service. I wasn’t allowed to go get milk for my coffee when the bar ran out because I hadn’t paid for breakfast. It was a joke. I called Expedia to be moved to another hotel and they were just as hopeless. s someone who works in the tourism industry, I will NOT be recommending this hotel or Expedia to my clients. The correct regulators have been informed. Next I’ll be reviewing everywhere I can. Not only did Expedia fail me as a tour operator, they were prepared to leave me without accommodation in a city I didn’t know. Twice in the past year, Expedia have been more interested in my money, than my safety and enjoyment. Don’t use. I will be reporting

I booked for two rooms for at least a month in advance for my family and when I ask the staff in the lobby why our rooms were not next together they could not give me a good reason of why. I asked if we could have our rooms next together or on the same floor they said they can’t accommodate me. He wasn’t very helpful knowing I booked two rooms when I made my reservation.

Pretty average really. Late check in due to late flight arrival. A/c was off, and no instructions how to turn on. Not sure how much cleaning to the rooms had been done. Beds not comfortable either. All a bit 2 star.

The bed was not made, so we had to ask for linens and make the bed ourselves. There was also no soap in the room so had to go back to reception for that. The air conditioning was broken so they provided a noisy fan that I had to help them assemble. There was no possibility to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. All in all not a hotel I’d go back to. Will point out though that the staff were polite and provided a free breakfast as compensation.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C. It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

Checked in OK and the elevator was a total mission (stops at every floor, takes minutes to come down with nobody on it), but that’s minor. You can literally walk 8 flights of steps faster than using the elevator, which I found odd. First, AC is broke in my room and not just broke, but my room was warmer than a) the hallway, b) the stairwell, and c) outside. After a tech couldn’t fix it, they moved me to another room (staff made it seem like an inconvenience) and the new room was USED. Unmade bed, used towels on the bathroom floor, etc. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Das Hotel und das Apartment an sich, ist ansprechend und modern. Jedoch sind bereits überall Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen. Die Wände sind schmutzig, überall Schrammen. Im Appartement selbst das gleiche. Die Türrahmen dreckig, teilweise defekt und notdürftig geflickt. Bei Ankunft waren die Fenster total schmutzig mit diversen Fingerabdrücken, hinterm Fernseher und an den Lampen eine dicke Schicht Staub. Das Schlafsofa war nicht nutzbar, da die Scharniere gebrochen waren und alles instabil war. Gerade darauf liegen war unmöglich. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist ein Posterbettgestell, aud dem eine dünne, viel zu weiche Matratze liegt. Beim Schlafen liegt man quasi auf dem Bettgestell, da keine Federung gegeben. Somit waren jeden morgen Rückenschmerzen vorhanden. Die Kissen sind total hart, sodass man hier ebenfalls nicht darauf liegen kann. Die grünen Dekokissen waren voll mit Flecken, was richtig ekelhaft ist. Vorgänge und Lüftungsgitter waren total verdreckt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wollte man u s nicht weiterhelfen, es gibt keinen Techniker, der das Schlafsofa reparieren oder austauschen kann und ein anderes Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Ebenso funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Auch hier die Antwort, dass diese seit dem 15.10. ausgeschaltet ist und alle anderen Gäste dann das gleiche Problem haben. Das Apartment hatte Meerblick und somit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es waren Tag und Nacht 25 Grad im Appartment. Bei der zweiten Beschwerde an der Rezeption
