Amazing and delicious breakfast. French and Continental. Close to the Center and convenient to all modes of transport. Staff were very helpful, friendly and hospitality was amazing. Beautiful boutique hotel, great location near the old town. The gentleman at front desk with glasses was lovely, duper helpful and gave us the best tips in town. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Great stay at Esprit. Location is great. walk one way to marina marina. Other way to old town. In the middle is the castle. Very friendly staff. Plan to stay again...if not all booked up!!!

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave us great ideas for looking around Nice. The room was small but clean and everything worked as it should. We used the parking but please note you need to contact the hotel and pre book this as spaces are very limited. I would stay again and recommend if staying in Nice for a few days.

It is easily accessible. It is in the center of the town. From the airport you can take tram 2 and then about 10 minutes on foot.

I traveled by myself so the single room that I had was small but perfect! The bathroom was spacious enough. like how cute and clean the hotel was. And it had a very nice working AC! The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is close to 2 major train stations which makes it very convenient when you travel.

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We booked a family room, for 4 persons. The room was large enough for us, and had good aircondition and safe. The bathroom was nice and clean with shower. The daily room cleaning service was good. The only thing missing was a small refrigerator in the room for cooling our water and sodas.

Situated in a walking area this hotel fit us for our needs. The room was large enough and had also a patio. It is a hotel room and so it won’t have a refrigerator. They only have 2-3 parking places in front of the hotel and you need to reserve in advance if you want to park your car in front of the hotel.

Small but clea

Nice, quiet hotel close to place Garibaldi where you can find good restaurants. It is easily reached on foot or by tram. It's a small hotel with small yet comfortable rooms that are renovated and have new bathrooms. Soundproofing of windows was good, of walls and doors relatively ok. It was the least expensive option in Nice yet still close to the center, with excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was very satisfied and would return when visiting again.
