Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

We had a much-needed weekend break away and we found Malin’s place to be absolutely perfect in every way. You cannot beat the location for ease in getting around Nice. We did not need a car so I’m thankful we didn’t book one. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance but also had the ease of both bus and tram and train nearby to visit other places like Eze and Monaco. Malin was by far the best host I have encountered with helpful information and ease of reaching her both on arrival and leaving.

It was fantastic to stay in the beautiful loft studio. Right in the centre of Nice just 200m from Promenade Anglais - you can see the beach from the balcony. Malin and Jonas were amazing hosts providing welcome drinks and snacks and helping with the luggage both on arrival and departure. Highly recommend this studio for a couple wishing to experience Nice.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, great atmosphere and the balcony was our favourite place to have some drinks and play cards. The room itself isn’t huge but very comfortable and everything we needed. Host is lovely and very accomodating. She let us check out late which made our last day seamless. Would 100% recommend

I had an amazing stay at the property. The loft was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to cafés and restaurants. Wonderful view as well. This accomodation was 11/10 ! Location was perfect, check in and the host was perfect, accomodation was perfect! Could not recommend booking this accommodation more then anything. We started off our Europe trip in Nice and it was the best way to start. The host will meet and greet you on your arrival with a bottle of rose, give you recommendations for food, beaches etc. The surrounding restaurants are awesome too it was only a short walk or the train station and also a scooter, bike and moped hire shop downstairs. Honestly if you are looking for a place to stay in Nice, South of France this is the place !!!!!

Great location 200m from beach, in the middle of tourist area / close to old town. The studio is not big but was clean, modern & well equipped with an ok sized terrasse. Malin (the hostess) was great! Note. 3 floors up and no elevator. Which was well communicated and not a problem for us. Malin even carried my wife's suitcase to the top on arrival & departure :-)

My adult granddaughter & I stayed at this lovely apartment during a quick visit to Nice. The apt was perfect for us, nicely laid out, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely balcony that we spent some time on watching daily life in Nice go by below us. Few minutes walking time to restaurants, shops, old town, the promenade, beach & the train stop. Perfect location. Malin was a FANTASTIC host, she was very responsive during the booking process as well as prior to our arrival. She met us at the apartment for check-in and once in, showed us where everything was at, how to work the washer, a/c, etc. After check-out and once we arrived at the train station I realized I left my phone at the apt. We were able to use a phone from a train station security guard to contact her and she met me back at the apt to get my phone. She went above and beyond and was so very pleasant while doing so. We 100% would stay here again as well as recommend to others. Malin made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Malin !!
