"Our room was clean, a bit dated. Only complaint is the rooms are not very soundproof. Hotel wasn’t full, I think they should have used every second room for a rental. Breakfast was Buffett style, different choices for bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and waffle maker, muffins, cereal, yogurt, apple and orange juice , tea and coffee and fresh apples. "

"They don’t have a hot breakfast, it’s just tiny donuts, apples and oranges and woffels , I went to the breakfast as soon as it started in the morning and there was already lots of people there so I just took a coffee and went back to my room, it’s just a tiny free breakfast room with nothing much ,,, and parking your car is an additional $22 per night, , didn’t use the pool or hot tub or sauna, always lots of others were using it, so didn’t bother, but besides that it was clean and comfortable 😊"

"This hotel is incredibly dated, it’s dirty and in need of repairs. The only thing that saved this hotel was the pool/hot tub and the maintenance guy. We had to change our room 3 times. The rooms at the end of the second floor are not accessible. I had an arm injury and had to request to be moved multiple times. First time just being put in the room beside. By the 3rd room we were exhausted if it wasn’t for how tired we were I would’ve looked for a different hotel and asked for a refund. The 3rd room the heating/cooling system wasn’t working, floor lamp was missing the knob and there were bugs in the ceiling light in the bathroom. (I will say the new carpets were nice) We checked in at 3:30/4 and wasn’t able to finally settle by 8:30 with all the changes/maintenance/cleaning that needed to be done. I’ve stayed at almost all of the hotels on Fallsview and by Clifton hill and this is by far one of the worst ones I’ve stayed at. Hotel staff was very annoyed at me by the time we made it to the 3rd room. Will not be staying here again. And give your maintenance man a raise. "

"We did not eat anything at the hotel. Finding the entrance to the hotel was difficult. The view of the Falls was fantastic! "

"Room is clean and well maintained. We booked two rooms but only one was available at the time of check in. We were told that they would let us know once the other room is available. But past 4pm and no call, we went back to reservation and while in line a nice gentleman approached us. After getting our details, came back with our room key. Sorry but I didn’t get his name."
