Top Hotels Near Niagara Takes Flight in Niagara Falls from NZ$103

"This was an awful experience. It started when we arrived at 4pm on the first day. Check in time is 4. The Hotel was doing a change over from Embassy suites to Hyatt Regency. Rooms keys were not working at that time. It was an hour and a half from the time we got to the Hotel to the time we were able to get in our room. There was tons of renovations and construction going on, which I understand needs to be done at some point, but half of the elevators were not working so to wait for an elevator during the entire stay took at least 10 minutes or more not to mention how many time the elevators stopped at the floor we were on but they were so full of people no one else could get on. My daughter and I had to walk up 20 flights of stairs with our luggage just to be able to get in our room the hour and a half after we arrived. Once we were in our room, do to the construction we could hear drilling and banging through the day below us. There was a big lounge with falls view that was closed the entire time we were there that would have been nice to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel store was also closed the entire time we were there, my daughter forgot her toothbrush so we could not buy one there. During our stay I kept receiving a text from the hotel asking how my stay was going. Of course I detailed in the text the issues we were having and it it said was we are sorry please contact the front desk. I tried calling front desk 3 times no answer. Just 1/2 the issues still ch. Full $ "

"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"It started with Lisa at the front desk, being so warm and friendly. We were very early and thought we would only be able to store our luggage, but since they had some checkout early that morning, we got a room and we even got a higher floor than we expected. It was absolutely amazing. A breathtaking view excellent room just everything was wonderful and the breakfast was immense so many options. No one could not find something they wanted"
