Liked the room, beautiful views. Very much disliked the parking options. Real expensive, or walk a great distance. Also ice only available on odd numbered floors is inconvenient.

I would definitely stay here again. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. The view from our room was amazing. It’s $40 (Canadian) to self park in the parking deck attached to the building; it does cost more to valet your vehicle. There is an overnight lot around the corner that charges $5 (Canadian) if you would want to park there. Moving throughout the hotel around check in (4pm) and checkout (11am) can be difficult to get an elevator. The hotel is connected to so many things (water park, casino, arcade, food court, Hard Rock Cafe, and the rainforest cafe) It’s right off the strip that gives boardwalk vibes. It’s right up the street from an amazing view of the American Falls. For the most part you can’t really hear your neighbors unless they’re being obnoxiously loud in the hallway. Room was amazingly clean, and pretty spacious. There is a per diem fee similar to what you would see if you travelled to Italy, and the internet is $15 (Canadian) per day but was included in our booking. We were given a pamphlet with some discount things attached which included the bus system. If you have difficulty walking I highly recommend using that pass. Overall for the cost I don’t think you’re going to find a better place to stay in Niagara Falls Canada.

Everything was pretty good from the self parking to the staff at the front desk. They only thing I had a problem with was I paid for a “water view” and got both a water view and city view I would’ve preferred just a water view but my stay was good overall

Entrance hides on a side street and you can hear the noise at your room both from the street and the hotel corridor, low toilet water pressure, room temperature is not adjustable, long hair under bed sheets. I can see the falls from a very specific angle from my water view room, mainly a park and the rainbow bridge, they tried to charge me for parking fees even I told them I didn’t drive during my stay when checked in.

Overall the property is a great location and the rooms are clean and nice. Staff was great. My one critique would be to have more affordable options for parking on site when staying at the hotel. I found the 39$ tax per night parking rate to be a bit excessive in addition to the hotel nightly rates.

The view is amazing! The park below, the river and the falls, we could see all this from our room. It’s very convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants and attractions. We park our car at the property and we get to use it in and out until midnight the following day even if we’ve checked out for the day. We love the refillable big containers of shampoo and conditioner but the cleaner may have forgot to refill it. so, we did not really have a shampoo to wash our hair. But we only stayed for a night so not a big deal. Good thing the water pressure from the shower is very strong. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

The views from the balcony is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and prompt. Things to consider: 1. There is a charge to park your car $40 per night for self and $60 plus tips for valet. 2. water bottles are charged only 2 are complimentary. The hotel is very near the ferris wheel and you can see the falls very clearly. Overall a decent experience.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, the staff at the desk are very attentive.there however is a few things i disliked. 1. The elevators take a verrrrrrryyyy long time to come. You may be waiting 10 minutes or more. 2. There was almost no handsoap in the dispenser in the room, and we stayed three days , they never refilled it.The room was very hot.and we had no privacy sign for the door . 3. The pool..first off, its very hard to be able to get to use it.in our case there was a family in there eating and having a picnic which was a bit awkward.

From the front desk, Tatyana was extremely helpful and polite. She answered our questions patiently and gave excellent direction. The room we had was on the 20th floor with a small balcony. It also had a fire feature to complement that huge water feature which we were able to see from our bed!! It was lovely. The jetted tub was also amazing after all the walking we did. Everything was very clean. On the dining floor, restaurant manager, George was also very eager to help us with our anniversary dinner reservation even though both the buffet and the fine dining Italian restaurant, Mosimo’s, were closed. He allowed us to view the menu and made the reservation for the following night. He and the staff at Mosimo’s went above and beyond to ensure that our 29th wedding anniversary dinner was wonderful. They were amazing! And the view was too! Highly recommend! We are telling all our friends about this wonderful place.

We've stayed at other hotels in Niagara but this one is the one to beat. The location is the best, with walkability to everything and everything at your finger tips. Also the parking situation is the cherry on top, totally easy and does NOT require a shuttle. To make matters even better, the staff is incredibly sweet, eager to assist and an overall pleasure to chat with. Prime example was the gentleman who helped us with our parking and bags - Dave. He truly made our stay feel personalized and the way he took care of us was top notch. He was attentive to our kids and they weren't antsy while we waited because of his jokes and smiles :)
