This was not a Hilton quality hotel. They don't even have decentralized heating, like some sort of janky highway motel.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Our room had a good view of the falls. The hotel overall is very clean. The only issue we had was the elevators. At a certain time (peak hours for breakfast and dinner) the elevators take a while
to stop on the floor and when they do, it is full and it stops on almost every floor. There was some good laughs while in the elevator, however, waiting a good 30 minutes on an elevator is a bit crazy. Other than that this hotel was great. I would not mind staying here again.

Lovely room - very clean. View of the Falls was excellent. Front desk, cleaning & maintenence staff went above & beyond to help with my TV remote issue. The only issue with this hotel is the elevator service... very slow & you have to wait atleast 20 minutes to get into elevator. Otherwise; it was a lovely stay for me. Thank you!

My only complaint is when paying premium dollar for a view with a premium view of the American and horseshoe falls, we were only able to see the horseshoe falls when standing right against the window looking at a sharp angle to the right. Secondly the room itself was in poor condition large runs and missing pieces of carpet. Again for $800 a night after fees and taxes that’s a little steep when considering the condition of the room.

Overall property was nice & location was perfect.
However hotel staff could be more courteous & careful.
-Bath room was not refilled with shampoo & soap.
-Also, we booked room for 4 and there were not enough blankets. When asked on the front desk, we were told to call the room services as they won’t know about the number of people in room since the booking was made via 3rd party website.
Really, din’t they knew at the time of check-in.
In short we were tired of excuses and also the manager didn’t revert back after providing the feedback.

Beautiful hotel and staff were pleasant. My only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror in the room or in the bathroom.

When we came to the room, it smelled chips as if someone just checked out. I got a sore throat the same night. Cleaning service is aweful! I asked for a new bed blanket, but they give me a material that you can never use for sleeping since it was so itchy! I am never ever coming here!

The hotel was clean and a great location. It was raining when we went so the walking path to the casino was wonderful. The only downside was they didn’t have any parking available on site and offsite parking was $50, Which in my opinion is on the high side.

Liked. Great view of the Falls from my room! Good natural light. Didn’t like. I didn’t have enough light in the room at night. Especially in the bathroom. Not enough light in the shower.

Adv: Easy check-in, nice representatives, good location, full falls view (depends on the room), nice pool view.

The property and rooms were very clean. The location was central to a lot of the attractions. Walking distance to the falls and a lot of restaurants. Plus across from the casino.

My family had a great experience overall staying at this hotel. Loved the view of the Niagara Falls from our window. Check in and out were very simple and quick. The shuttle to the parking lot was very convenient and the drivers were all nice. The only downside for us personally was the housekeeping during our stay. The trashes weren’t rotated out, the beds weren’t made every morning for us and they never restocked our toilet paper. The only thing we felt like they did was give us new towels. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff and atmosphere.

The staff are exceptional. Hands down helpful to all your questions. The view from our room to see the falls and the surrounding area are lovely and picture perfect The rooms are clean and well kept.
I remove 1 star because of the shower pressure. It might be that the hotel are full of guest or they just control the pressure. The water pressure on the shower is too low.
Otherwise everything is good.

My husband and I did a quick trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is the perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view. We enjoyed the restaurant out front with the live music. So nice to be able to relax and then just go upstairs. The staff were all so friendly. Linus at the parking and Christine at the front desk were so nice. The concierge I think her name was Christine too got us tickets for the zipline. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They provide a parking lot way outside of hotel area.That makes bother me to take my car eventhough there are suvice shuttle bus,sometimes it takes 30 minutes and they charged $50 per a day.That is totally not fair.

Booked 3 rooms for my family, we have 3 kids who was excited to go and have fun especially in the pool area to find out that to use the pool you have to book it in advance and when we tried to book a reservation for the pool it was booked and fully booked for the time we staying in and we end it not having any time at the pool.
For me personally I don’t mind but my kids were so upset and had no fun at all during the trip.
Rooms is about average, 1 of the rooms had a broken AC but maintenance fixed that.
Other room was missing a remote for the TV but we didn’t care as we were already at the point that we just wanted to pass the night and go home.
Digital check in process is another nightmare.
Will never book at that hotel ever again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for any family.
