"Property was good and we would use again. Shaldon is a small but very nice village with decent places to eat and a few nice shops. London Inn best place to eat. Property pictures nearly put us off booking as not really detailed enough. Toilets and bathroom are small, floor 1 has toilet with large sink, floor 2 has bathroom with quite small but good overhead shower, toilet, and tiny sink. Overall no problem for couple. Kitchen is fine and well enough equipped, lounge area is great for couple but only sofa and one folding chair. Parking in internal carport, big plus. "

"The Hotel is lovely and old, very warm and very clean. The pool was amazing, soo clean and never busy. The best thing about this Hotel though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Loved Jo in the restaurant and can’t wait to come back. "

"Great house everything catered for, even things you didn’t know you wanted, home made scones and cream on arrival easy contact with host who was always helpful, plan to stay again next year "

"Breakfast was very good, room very outdated, no plugs by the bed and 2 single beds put together, and we had a disabled bathroom. I know they are upgrading, but I hope that means the lodges too."

"The location was lovely & property itself was neat & clean. Keys were easy to find, kitchen well equipped & parking nearby. Entrance decking was filled with moss so slipped the first night in dark. Living room heating didn't work so did bathroom extractor. Found our way around these.. but failed with bath tub. Took best part of a day for few inches of water to drain. Hopefully, these will be fixed for future guests."

" W e just had a few days away to celebrate my wifes 60th birthday. the cottage was excellent ,we just had a lazy weekend and had a excellent meal at the Linny at Coffinswell. We recommend this cottage."
