"Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help."

"We had a great stay in Braithwaite and everything at the cottage was excellent. I wasn’t a fan of communicating via the app and being passed between different companies, but that has nothing to do with the cottage which was great. We would like to stay again! "
