  • Mowbray, which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, is in a residential area of the town and is ideally located to explore the Northeast and Northumberland, yet within easy walking distance to the town centre, the historic Victorian park and the beach (about 20 minutes).



    This ground floor "Tyneside Flat" is a 4 minute walk away from Mowbray Park which is a little green oasis with seats and playground equipment.



    Recently refurbished to a high standard, the apartment is a self-contained modern property, ideal for families, friends and business stays alike.



    Up to two well behaved pets (depending on size/breed) are accepted but guests will need to contact us prior to booking to confirm.

    25 minutes on the Metro will bring you to Newcastle City Centre and 15 minutes to central Sunderland. 10 minutes by car and you are in the Tyne Tunnel which is the gateway to Northumberland and Scotland. Direct access to the A194 (M) South and A19 South is less than 5 miles away.
