"Yes the property is dated, but you would not use the room much except for sleeping...it's the remarkable views and the prime location why one should book this place! It's the staff that make or break an experience! And every staff member I met was absolutely fantastic with top quality customer service! Definitely returning :) If you read any negative comments about this place/dinning experience, please ignore that rating. It is absolute BS. For a 4 star property it is top class...

"The location was lovely and the pool was beautiful (unfortunately it was closed for maintenance on the day of our arrival). The lady who checked us in was friendly. The room itself was average at best. The fittings are in dire need of repair/replacement. Things like missing light globes, ants coming in through the wall, numerous small spiders on the ceiling and an exhaust fan in the bathroom which must have been at least thirty years old and didn’t appear to have been cleaned in that time were...

"The Bronte was the perfect luxury overnight stay in the fabulous quaint Village of Morpeth. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The historic building is perfectly located in the centre of town walkable to everything. The bathroom was totally luxurious and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast on the verandah was great with many standard included options and friendly helpful service. We really enjoyed our stay. "
