"We got moved from the Harbour view to an ocean view room, upgraded 😁 This hotel is well worth the price can't fault it, made our stay in Newcastle even more special."

"Rooms are basic but we only required for 1 night stay. Bathroom is small but adequate . We had a bedroom with it's own bathroom but many of the rooms have a shared bathroom so take note when booking . Qwerky place with Angel Heart vibes . Nice traditional bar busy with locals . Staff made our stay really . Area generally is a bit rough and ready but has character and deffo not touristy "

"Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the weekend. Room was clean, breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but nice to be included. Very quiet too and close enough to some restaurants and cafes. About 10min to Honeysuckle district. Would definitely stay there again."
