The room had very comfortable beds and a great view. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who helped with our destinations. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the convenient location near popular attractions.

Great location in Chinatown...easy walk to Little Italy, Freedom Tower, the Oculus, Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street, and the Village. Hotel was immaculate, modern and a great daily rate.

C- grade. Air conditioning was horrible. Barely worked. Not cool. Hallways were 80-85 degrees. It was 99 outside. Bad experience. It was so bad they had to send an oscillating fan to my room. Shower drain backed up every day when I took a shower. Room was clean as well as hotel. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Would not stay there again.
