The room was well maintained, room service was great. Breakfast was great! A lot of different choices and the terrace was an option for eating which had a great view, all staff were welcoming and had a great attitude. The evening service was good.

The room feels a little dated and could use some updating. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided automatically, so you need to request them from the hotel. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary food and drinks served from 5:00–8:00 pm were a real highlight. The quality and variety were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay with great food and a convenient location.

The Hotel itself was great. It is well situated, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and the amenities are good. However, be careful to notice that the hotel charges for these amenities. I was not made aware of the additional cost to my stay at the time of registration and was surprised by the amount charged to my credit card. While their website does note : "A nightly Residents Fee of $55.00 plus tax per person is conveniently added to your folio"; the staff at the front desk did not make that clear. Had I understood this, I would have declined the amenities, as $55/person for breakfast and wifi is a bit much in my opinion. So if you book this hotel, be warned.

This hotel is a gem. Very nice rooms. Secure fast elevators. Beautiful breakfast/afternoon food eating area on 23rd floor with gorgeous large balcony. Coffee all day and a lovely place to work during the day and nice area off lobby as well. Great location.
