Great location, cute working space and coffee bar, and gym. But the house keeping was disappointing, the floors stained my socks brown and nothing was ever cleaned just towels replaced… Friendly staff though for what it’s worth.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the towels were replaced EVERY day, the front desk staff was attentive, and the breakfast was satisfying. Great location close to all Brooklyn has to offer. Will stay here on my next New York visit.
