Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve personally had when travelling!! I loved the location- everything we wanted to go to was walking distance (shopping, restaurants, nightlife) and the room was spacious and had plenty of counter / shelf space. The heated bathroom floor was such a plus as well. The staff was also very kind and friendly during our stay, and let us store our bags when we checked in early and before we left for our flight. I loved this hotel and I’m definitely planning on coming back here when I decided to go to NYC again :)

Liked the location, the concept of 5 in a room for a family getaway. Did not like the fact that they offered a luxury room upgrade at a cost and then you end up with a room facing a wall, lots of noise due to ice makers close to room… It was not a good customer experience.

The room is small. Typical New York room. NO ELEVATORS!!!!! We had to carry our own 50lb luggage up the stairs at 11:30 pm. Although, the housekeeping was great. They did a thorough job every day. Everyone had their own beds. The location is what sold me because it is next to SOHO. Prime location!! The only thing was the elevator situation, luckily we only had one set of stairs but keep in mind there are stairs to get up to the lobby.

We loved this hotel! Near the italian village, it has the best spot. Near the Subway station as well! And I have no words for the design! It is so unique! The rooms were clean, and well isolated. Will come back again!

This cozy, little hotel offers clean, very tight rooms at a better price than other hotels in the neighborhood. The website reads that there is parking, but there is not. I will say the parking lot 4 blocks down the street is a good, safe lot for $55 per night.

Great location. Is great for couple who enjoy some design and lighting that may enhance their romantic vibe. No lift or anyway but walk up the steps. So keep that in mind. Not a bad place but likely won’t be back
