Front desk, bell person and housekeeping staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location perfect for short walk to Grand Central and the rest of Midtown. 24/7 coffee so convenient! Would have loved to have a fridge in the room. Car service on morning of departure only a few dollars more than Lyft and exponentially more pleasant.

For the most part, was a good Hotel only problem we have for three days was the one of the elevator was broke and we have to wait long time just to get to the fifth floor. All of that. I recommend this hotel for the future location is excellent. Time square Empire State building easy access to the subway and planning to see them by.

The best part about this hotel is the great location - close to Times Square but far enough to where it's not as busy. Also close to grand central station which made access subways easy as well. Daily cleaning. Both elevators wore broken at 1 point during our stay, so imagine staying on the 26th floor :) .. the only negative part about our trip but overall would stay here again.

Not having a lobby is a big draw back. Very little check in area only. Coffee station on the second floor was a miss, with very little space, and coffee machine was broke half the time. Had a room in the facing back, it was very quiet at night with no noise from street. That was a big plus. Great location.

If I could change one thing, it would be the person who kept our bags until check-in. He was rude on more than one occasion. Other than that, I have no complaints. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close enough to Times Square.
