This was a superb hotel and its location in Chelsea is ideal and it is 1 block to the #1 Train so it’s a 20 minutes to Battery Park and 30 minutes to Harlem. Highly recommend.

The staff is Outstanding & Superb! I had the pleasure of Meeting and speaking with Greg the Director and his assistant. Outstanding doesnt cover it! Tyler at the front desk is amazing! Property was perfect location to walk to many places and hop on a subway... A/C was not working two nights out of the three we were there and it was hot in the room. We were gone for most of the day and hoped to come back to a cool room but nope. Sleeping and sweating was not cool.
