Basic is the right word for this place In a marginal but authentic neighborhood. Not for people who aren’t used to the realities of urban life in a city destroyed by gentrification and global capitalism. Convenient to public transportation.

The layout of the room was very inconvenient, like an L shape, which meant little space for luggage. We did not notice it is not a Full service hotel, so we only got the room cleaned every three days.

We felt in a motel the rooms are very very small nowhere to open the suitcases properly. Shower the same the water were coming out to the entire bathroom from the shower because it was so small. Noisy sometimes.

The room was too small, no internet, no place to put my suitcase. They did not clean my room. I asked several times to fix the internet connection, their response was “sorry the technician is out and we don’t know when he will be back.” So I guess the tech had a nice 3 days off. Worst stay ever.

En soit l’hôtel et agréable pas trop de bruit malgré un quartier animé mais ménage trop bâclé pendants le séjour ( difficulté de compréhension avec le personnel qui ne parle presque pas anglais mais plutôt espagnol) sinon à côté du métro accès très rapide au centre de New York ( Time square en 5 minutes ) le Queens peut faire peur au première abord mais vraiment n’ayez craintes les gens ne vous calcul mêmes pas .

I like nothing about the hotel. The representative barely spoke English. They showed no concern for anything that I complained about. I stayed two days in a room without TV. The rooms are way too small not clean to my expectations. Overall I had a horrible time at your hotel. There were unexpected fees that was not talked about. I have yet to get my deposit returned to me I don’t know what the problem is. No one has reached out to me seriously I’m reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau.

Room was very small - size of a full bed but bathroom was big. The bed was weird - it felt like ice everywhere at night bu my t shirt was wet - never had such an experience
