Expedia didn't mention the hotel was in a construction project. We had issues related to the construction. The staff bent over backwards to help us and fix things. When the remodeling is finished it will be amazing!!!

Great location clean nice hotel in Chelsea area. It is on the wholesale floral street very nice floral view during daytime. Close distance to the Red and Yellow 28th Street subway stations. Penn Station is nearby convenient if needed. Stayed last year came back to this location again. Will come back if visit nyc.

Small property and small rooms as well. You can barely have the bathroom door open and use the sink. There is nowhere to place your luggage and clothes. Housecleaning isn't available until after 3rd night. Most of the employees at the front desk can be heard complaining about how busy it is and one told her coworker that she was feeling claustrophobic with all the luggage they were holding. Stefan was extremely helpful and friendly. He always had a smile and grabbed our bags to put tags. He kept checking if our room was available. Very much appreciated him.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Very professional and efficient!! It was an absolute pleasure to meet them, very accommodating. Angel and Dabriel got us checked in and were very very helpful. It was a very quick trip, see you next time.

Another review remarked on the flooring separating from the subfloor and it is very much so. It made walking on it difficult as one felt they were walking in giant bubble wrap. This hotel decor is minimalist. No frills. Request needs to be made in advance for maid service. Good location. Has restaurant with small menu and if you want NY pizza, it’s close by. We felt safe walking.

Great hotel for a stay in New York. Close to nearby attractions like Madison Square Garden. Staff were friendly and courteous from check-in to check-out, They would txt us each to check on us to see if everything was okay. The rooms were clean, and supplied with all the proper towels, linens, and other necessities. I definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay while visiting NY.

My room didn’t have any body wash in the Shower - it’s the kind that they refill every so often so if it’s empty it means the housekeeping hadn’t checked in weeks. I asked the front desk for a refill twice and a bar of soap in the meantime and they never sent me any soap. I got a text asking how my check in went and for comments and I told them about it and I was still ignored again. Really poor management and front desk. The room is clean-ish and decent size for NY. Location is great but I would way rather stay elsewhere nearby for this price. Not coming back.

Terrible experience at check in. Most of my interaction with the staff was ok, except for the check in, she was rude, barely said 2 words to me and off I went. My room was on the 2nd floor, which felt like a basement, no sunlight whatsoever. The room was spacious but the vinyl boards are coming off, the bed had a “dent” on the right side, and other details. The bathroom is tiny, with a tiny sink and didnt look that clean. Honestly, although it’s an inexpensive hotel for NY, I feel like you can get more for that price elsewhere.

This hotel was very convenient, just a couple blocks from Penn Station and a nice walk to all parts of Chelsea, Greenwich Village, etc. The room was spacious for NYC and extremely clean. It had a coffee maker, small fridge and a microwave which were nice perks. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Cambria Hotel Chelsea! The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a bit too soft. Otherwise, no complaints. This was a really great hotel. We stayed on the 17th floor and had no issues with the elevator. The view was amazing. And, we were close to everything! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating for our whole trip. Highly recommend!

A delightful boutique hotel in Chelsea. A great centrally located hotel. Easy to get uptown or downtown. Wholesale flower district on the block so a lot of beautiful flowers and greenery along the whole block. Close to a Walgreens and many bakeries, delis, pizza places. You can walk to Times Square and see a lot along the way. Staff are all above and beyond pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was above the courtyard and there was music being pumped out of speakers there all day and all night. We asked for it to be turned off in the nighttime and the staff said they couldnt/ didnt know how.

Great stay, great location to everything
We loved the hotel's room, guest services and the restaurant was amazing. The downside was the bathroom sink was clogged and missing the stopper. Also one of the pillows was clearly filthy. The pillow looked as if it has dried blood on it. The daily housekeeping is non-existent which they informed us about, but at least dump the trash daily. Aside from those issues, we loved it and will come again and suggest this hotel to others. The front desk was great. I don't know their names, but an African American woman was very helpful and very pleasant.

OK but overpriced hotel
The bathroom had the smallest sink I've ever seen in a hotel, but I guess it worked - just no place to put the toiletries. No bar soap in the room, but was given some when we asked. Our room faced the street and the hotel is in the middle of the wholesale flower and plant district and there were noisy deliveries all night long (even with the window shut). Only tables to sit at in the lobby are for the restaurant, so no place to eat our dinner that we carried out (there is a rooftop but it was too cold). The ice maker on our floor was broken. We were there 3 nights and only had our room cleaned once. No remote for the TV in the exercise room, so was unable to use that TV (but exercise room was otherwise fine). Good location (other than the noise) and generally fine, but not worth the $500 a night that I paid for 3 nights.

Last night for KISS tour. Great hotel, ten minute walk to Madison Square Garden. Rooftop views. Definitely a win for us and wow, bonkers shower pressure on the 18th floor. We loved it!!
