Incredible Views & Building

Incredible views, a great location, and a large space. Added bonus of a good gym, plentiful working areas, and easy check-in/check-out procedures. Really enjoyed the one night stay.

Fantastic

This was a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The beds were large and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and there was a great view over Manchester. I would definitely look to stay again if visiting in the future.

Beautiful spacious apartment

We only stopped for one night to see a show and the check in was so easy.we liked the super fast lifts and reception area . The apartment was so spacious and really modern it had everything even a washer dryer we could have stayed a week. The views we really good .

Home away from home

Absolutely fantastic. Home away from home. Super clean, easy to follow instructions. Great shower and towels provided, good wifi signal. Rooms cooled in the evening too which is great when its very hot outside. Highly recommend would stay again.

Lovely flat and in great condition, no shampoo or shower gel which was disappointing. Location is good but not the best. The facilities are amazing, the outdoor area and the cinema room were great.

Comfortable & spacious apartment in a good location for shops & restaurants etc. Could do with concierge telephone number in the apartment as I had an issue & the apartment management didn't respond.

Great Apartment eventually !!!

The communication prior to the stay was good and checkin instructions easy to follow. Unfortunately when we went to our room it hadn't been cleaned/serviced from the last visitor there was rubbish, bed etc used had not been cleaned. I telephoned customer services and was put through to a voice mail. Not helpful when no on site representatives. Eventually got through and they arranged for apartment to be cleaned but I had to hang around for an hour and a half before açcess. Once in though accommodation and facilities were excellent provided everything you needed including washing liquids, cloth, oils for cooking and tea and coffee. Dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment spacious. Real shame about our arrival experience and getting through for assistance.

15th floor apartment door lock doesnt work

I love staying at rhese apartments however this one didnt have a fob on the door that worked. The fob has been broken for a while according to the concierge. In order to access the room you have to call charles hope to call the concierge for the concierge to then let you in the room. The fob and door need fixing. This is really inconvient and lets down how amazing these apartments are.

Disgusting, not clean, appauling customer service.

Turned up to the room after a long day of business meetings and the water was off, the floor was filthy. By the time i wanted to go to bed, i pulled the duvet back to find the bed was covered in black hairs - all in the bed, all over every pillow. Slept on the sofa which resulted in not a great sleep. Shared the photos and complaint with the staff who didnt respond quickly, as I was staying a 2nd evening I expected a resolution. After the 2nd day went back to the hotel to see the floor had been cleaned but the bed had NOT been changed and no toilet roll was left. Appauling customer service as this was last week and I am yet to hear a resolution for this.
