3/2 Home. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd Bedroom: Queen. 2 Dogs allowed under 40lbs, $25 per day per dog. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

This lovely home is the perfect location to walk to the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, and charming downtown New Braunfels full of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!! Only a 2 minute drive to Landa Park.

Remodeled, charming 3-bedroom 2 full bath home. Huge fenced in back yard so you can bring your fur friends! 2 Dogs Maximum, $25 per dog per day.
Right on Landa street with a circle drive sits this charming home. Open kitchen/dining/living area. Standard Drip and Keurig Combo Coffee maker. The living room has cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats six with additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Off the dining area is a large den/media room with a smart TV (no cable) with an attached full bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have one queen in each and there is a full bathroom convenient to all 3 rooms. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit, café lights and a picnic table.

No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We will allow 2 additional guests if you want to bring an air mattress. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $2200 per month got December, January and February. The month of march is available at $2500 per month.

New Braunfels Adventure

My mom and I brought my twin 2 year olds to explore New Braunfels and this house was the perfect set up for us. The yard is very kid friendly as is the house. Everything was very neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Old/New Friends Trip

This was a charming little house, clean, decorated very nice. Has an awesome backyard. Great family story!❤ We drove to the Comal, but close enough to walk! Great for 6-8 people! Right on a main road, but surprisingly when in the house you couldn't hear traffic noises. Will definitely book this house again!

Perfect dog friendly and walkable to Comal River

Mommas house is just the perfect place to bring your group, family and pups if visiting New Braunfels. The house is modest on the outside but completely and beautifully remodeled inside. Three bedrooms you will sleep comfortably on the comfortable beds. Fully fenced yard with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. Media room, well stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a home away from home. Walking distance to Comal, Landa falls and downtown. We had a wonderful stay, and loved to read about the history of Mommas house!!

Love the house with upgrades- location ok

The house has great updates from bedrooms to living areas. We cooked Thanksgiving there and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bedrooms were roomy. There's a back living room area that is really great. Backyard is huge. We would walk from the house to Landa Park- not a bad walk. We also walked to downtown. No bad either. The only downside is that the property is a main/busy street next to a gas station. That said, it wasn't very noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a bit nervous about being so close to a main road but once inside you couldn't hear anything.The backyard was beautiful and large enough for my mini to play fetch and run around and tire himself out. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to everything and our mini had fun at the nearby dog park. We will definitely stay there when we go back to New Braunfels.

Wonderful ( the best)TexMex nearby...Herbert’s!.. cozy home... plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We were there 9 days... I didnt want to leave! Would definately stay there again... only thingnto add was that my mom is in a wheelchair and once in the house was easy to manuever around. Six inch step to get in... ( needed portable ramp) , and bathroom doors are 26” and wheelchair wouldnt go through. Rented a small portable wheelchair. Also had to rent lift from “cloud of goods” and delivered to home and was wonderful in helping us accomodate.

Weekend Getaway

The place is a hidden gem. The location may seem to be on a busy street, but don't let that deter you from choosing this place. It is close drive to the river, restaurants in New Braunfels. Very quiet, comfortable and has modern amenities. The property owners have put a lot of thought into making sure their renters have everything they may need during their stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because one of the bathroom had sinks that would not drain. The property management company offered to send someone out, but it was not a needed emergency.

The 2 living room spaces were both great hangout spots for our family. The only minor recommendation would be to fix the front bathroom sink. We had to manually drain it every time we brushed our teeth, washed hands etc. But so minor flaw compared to everything else! House was clean and would definitely go back!

Awesome Stay!

This was the second time we stayed at Momma’s House and we loved every minute of it!!! Coffee maker went out and we had a new one in less than an hour. We will most definitely stay there again! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Mamma’s House is BEAUTIFUL, and its history is equally beautiful. We had a wonderful time at our stay and will stay here again if the opportunity arises. We felt right at home and it was a wonderful home for our Sr. Dog.

Great Place!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway! Perfect location to be out of the downtown mix, but able to walk to any place you wanted! Very relaxing property.
