perfect location!

We were able to easily walk into downtown for coffee, food and shopping as well as jump right in the River for a relaxing float. Looking forward to booking this property again.

Great location

200 yds from Texas Tubes, which makes floating the river super easy. Great view, condo was very clean and organized. I will stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay!

This was the absolute best location to stay! Right on River, very beautiful and comfortable for our family! They also allow pets which was great! The property host Cathy made us feel so welcome and accommodated us with everything! Very easy check in and check out! Very detailed regarding our stay!

Very nice property

The property is very nice and very clean. It is located right on the Comal river with easy access to rent tubes. Enjoyed it tremendously!! I gave 4stars with the listing only because I didn’t see where they charge on a sliding scale during peek season. Other than that it was perfect and I would go back.

Excellent location, quiet and clean

We stayed for two nights to have a nice relaxing stay for our daughters birthday. Cathy was super accommodating and responded promptly to any communication even though she was on vacation herself. We walked to dinner Friday night and enjoyed the property all day Saturday. It was a fine place to include our dog and there was a nice welcome basket with snacks for us and treats for our dog. The backyard was really spacious and allowed for a nice get together with our other daughter and a few friends. Lovely weekend with deer joining us as well!
