"Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

"Kitchen refrigerator was very small, there were no oven mitts or dish towels. Seemed like they put in the bear minimum and poor quality dishes and mugs. Would have been better if there was a tv in the bedroom also. There were two lightbulbs out in living room. Only 1 nightstand in bedroom."
