"I liked the situation of the hotel and the quality of the room which had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, none of the black mould normally seen. There was also the option of a bath or a powerful shower. My only complaint is that the cooked breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choice, but most components had obviously been prepared hours earlier and were only luke warm, hence only a four star overall rating, because I like a good cooked breakfast!"

"My kids live with their mother, which is 2 hours away, my daughter had a dance so we booked this hotel specifically to spend the day with my children because it's advertised as having a pool. It does have a pool, but you have to pay £5 per hour to use it per person AND there's lots of closed off times that you can't use the pool. None of this information is shared on Hotels.com. I would NOT have booked this room had I known that upfront"

"Beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Only trouble was staff forgot to clean the room so we did not have fresh towels and tea/cofee refills after the first night.
