Great location. We walked from the cruise port in 20 minutes. Walked to the train station in under 15 minutes. Breakfast was great. They have gluten free options too. Rooms are a good size. You have shopping, restaurants and everything around including the waterfront and old town.

Staff not really friendly on arrival but came across other staff who were. Only one towel in room booked for 2? Other guests said they had to ask too. Not sure air conditioner worked as it should. Seemed to turn off frequently and not at set temperature. Great location for visiting. Glad there was a bar and restaurant. Overall very happy with stay.

A great location but putting customer service behind the bar was unfortunate. The bar/wait staff/check in help all were very overworked. I hated bothering them with a question that really needed answering.

Great location opposite a huge mall that has lots of options for shopping and dining. The hotel does not have parking onsite. There is a place for you to park for maximum of 10 minutes before you get fined. The actual parking is just behind, a multi-storey car park that is part of the mall. It has lift access for you to roll your bags and takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff!
