"Great location, great host, very clean bnb, we loved our stay here. The location was perfect, it’s only a few minute walk to the red light district, and it’s right next to a metro and also very close to Amsterdam central station. The room was very clean, and it was kept clean throughout our entire trip. Overall I give this place 5 stars I would recommend the tulip to anyone who is looking to stay in Amsterdam. "

"A genuine old Dutch rowhouse with a few rooms (with baths) up a flight of very steep stairs. Very quaint and comfortable. Convenient to the Anne Frank House, great restaurants and shopping, and a block from the tram that goes to the museum plaza and the central train station, if you don’t feel like walking. Some outside noise if you’re in the front room. Someone will carry your luggage up and down the steep staircase for you, but don’t reserve if you have difficulty walking or climbing. "

"We had a most enjoyable stay at Breitner House! It was the highlight of this trip to Amsterdam (which is saying quite a lot). Camilla is a charming hostess! She proudly told us the history of the house, and served a sumptuous, delicious, and beautifully appointed full breakfast. (She thoughtfully accommodated our dietary restrictions.) "Spent 2 nights here visiting the National Park De Biesbosch. We had amazing October weather and loved walking around the wetlands - so peaceful and lots of wildlife. The hotel was quiet as out of season but the buffet breakfast was good and the set evening meal was lovely. The restaurant is closed during the week but there is a set evening menu for the guests. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious with 2 armchairs and the beds...
