When I went to the front desk, they attendant said she could re clean it. At that point, i asked for a refund. I couldnt stay there with it being so gross."

"The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles."
