"Great location for attending CSU events and in downtown. Parking easy. Ate breakfast twice. Scrambled eggs, french toast, fruit salad. Nothing fancy but cooked to order and satisfactory. There are a lot of good breakfast places nesrby including Moms which makes for lots of table availability. $1 mimosas with meal. Bar drinks and wine good. With both restaurant and bar, don’t be in a hurry. "
