Paradise has been found in this 1900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.

Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Second master bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Third bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has en-suite full bath. Has a double window.

If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience at this property. The owner reached out with some great tips far in advance of our travel dates. Incredible Birthday Trip

Perfect winter escape from NYC winter. The condo was just what our family needed. We stayed in the Jasmine building on the 1st floor right by the pool. The family pool was my kids favorite spot - it is heated and has plenty of fun pool toys. Grocery delivery was convenient so we could have breakfast and snacks at home. The Ritz hotel recently reopened next door. Dining choices on property was somewhat lacking. Lunch we often ate by the pool from Coconuts which has standard lunch options (burgers, salads, tacos). Dinner options at the hotel were very limited. We went to Alloro one night which was good. It is better to make reservations at one of the many great places the owner lists. The family pool with water slide at the hotel looks like it will be a lot of fun once it opens. The pool on the hotel side is beautiful, but my kids thought it was too cold. The beach was being re-sanded while we were there so it was closed a few days. The times we did go to the hotel beach it was clean and you could see some fish right from the beach. We did a few trips to local beaches nearby including Secret Harbor and Coki Beach with a stop at the outdoor aquarium. Overall the service and the friendliness of all the staff was amazing. We felt right at home and had all our needs met. It is nice to be in a VRBO that has the comforts of a house and the hotel services. The kids loved the daily afternoon cookies in the lobby - get there early for the chocolate chip cookies before they run out! We'd definitely recommend this property and owner. Would love to go back again soon.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing property, great location and everything you could possibly need. This was our first vacation after the Covid shutdown, glad we got away. The Ritz was very clean and everything was just perfect, made us feel very comfortable. The condo itself is well equipped, we cooked many meals in the condo, concierge was very helpful with all our requests. We booked the condo through the owner Leah, she is very responsive and accommodating. Our travel dates changed and she helped us sorted through everything. We will be back for sure!

Great vacation

We had a great room for the first 6 days but unfortunately we had to move the day before our check out, so that was a bummer. Still we truly enjoyed our experience. This was our second trip to this resort and it is sad to see that the beach is getting smaller and smaller since the major hurricanes this island was hit with. We would love to come again and hopefully the beach will continue to hold on. We also rented a car for the week so we were able to drive around and find different places to eat. Found some really great places-easterly, and the tap and still. Great to find some places off the resort but super close still. Had some bug issues this time that we didn’t before when we stayed there. Also there were quite a few jellyfish in the water and also small sting rays. One of my family was actually stung by a jellyfish but it still didn’t keep us out of the water. Overall, amazing views and wonderful beach. Will definitely come back.
