"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for two days and the AC was broken. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. I called the front desk, and all they could do was offer me a mini desktop fan. There were no maintenance workers onsite to help. It was not a good stay at all. I will say, that the bar downstairs serves good food and drinks and the staff was very nice! I would not be staying here again."

"Loved the staff. The room was tiny. The beds were smaller than anticipated for 4 adults pre cruise it was fine but could not do it for more than one night."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was sophisticated. The biggest highlight though was the incredible staff. Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here."
