"What a beautiful location! Check in was super easy, property was clean, well-decorated, and centrally located. You're walking distance to the marina, shops, restaurants, and kayak rentals. Comes with a parking spot at the back of the building. Plenty of dishes and cookware, coffee maker (tip - use 2 of the folgers packets - just one is SUPER weak!). "The hotel was very nice and well-located, and the staff was kind and helpful. However, during our stay, only 1 of their 3 elevators was working. The lobby is on the 14th floor and all guest rooms are higher than that, so it often took a very long time (10-15 minutes) to get an elevator. There was 1 morning in which the elevator did not work at all, so guests had to walk 15+ floors to enter and exit the hotel. Management got that elevator fixed quickly but then did nothing to fix the other 2. If the elevators were fixed, I would stay here again."

"Loved this property because of the rooms the cleanliness and proximity to the trains station right around the corner along with the monorail. Half of our stay was at a different location and boy was the stay different. This location made everything so much easier and the hotel was really nice. Our next trip to Seattle will be at the Mayflower if I can afford it again"
