"Loved the staff from the pool 4 Ismael drinks on point VIP. Lobby BAR Francisco drinks on point too. Don Diego restaurant our dinner and breakfast waiters were so friendly Jorge and Richi. Entertainment ladies Carmen and Yuqui kept the vibe going at the adults only pool along with our waiter Carlos who kept the drinks coming. Bar Agave staff were awesome too Edgar, Severo, Sergio and Gregorio. All were amazingly friendly and so attentive. 3rd time there and can't wait to go back."

"This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. "

"The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. "We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction.
