"We love the location, the rooms, the staff, the food. We only have one issue and that is we have had to request back the $300 hold placed on the room at arrival. We have called several times and they said it can take a week to be refunded. It’s been past that. The charges have gone through on our credit card, I have the statement and would rather the hotel correct the error instead of escalating it through our credit card company! If it wasn’t for that…we’d have given 5 stars."

"Nice place, it's quiet and comfortable. They gave me a late checkout for just giving the housekeeper a nice tip. It has alot of good restaurants close by, and it just 2.5 blocks away from Seecreatures dive shop where I was going to go on a liveaboard trip."

"We booked Casa Rosa for a last minute fishing trip and was exactly as shown in photos. Very comfy bed and beautiful sunrise view. Perfectly equipped for our stay and all access to the Marina area, shops and restaurants. Landon was great with knowledge of the area and recommendations for things to do. The pink decor was vibrant and had a great vibe! We will be back! BONUS: We caught TWO Marlin with Lands End Charters. :)"
