"Myself, my husband and mother-in-law stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas over Christmas and had the most amazing time. The entire resort is impeccably clean, from the rooms to the restaurants to all the public areas, including the pools. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, professional and very helpful. All the food was yummy, from the snack bars, buffet and specialty restaurants. The pools were warm and the staff entertained us throughout the day. The activities on Christmas eve were so fun and there were photo ops everywhere on the property."

"staff was incredible and truly made the stay so much fun! we loved the riu parties. there were plenty of pools to swim in. we also loved the in-room bar. food was okay, but you could live off of it without starving. the beach isn’t swimable but if u walk 10 minutes down there is a swimmable one. also in walking distance of people who do water taxis to swimable beaches. the people on the beach are a tad annoying with selling you things, but we understand it’s their business. in addition to the riu parties they also had different entertainment lined up every night and you could check the schedule on the riu app. overall we had a lovely time and are planning to go back here again! "

"Great all inclusive experience. My only suggestion is to offer a mix of firm and soft pillows. The firm pillows provided did aggravate my neck. Everything else perfect."

"Gorgeous, rustic, historic boutique hotel in the center of town, literally across the plaza (town square). Very attentive and friendly staff. It is a family enterprise and they treat you as such. Spacious rooms. Beautiful detail and tile work. The garden and pool make you feel more like you are at your private home and not a resort. FYI, AC works, there is no TV (but you are on vacation!), there is free Wi-Fi, there is complementary bottles of water in the room, a bottle fill station with cold filtered a water and coffee, tea and pastries every morning. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
