"Great stay for a shuttle to Tongariro Alpine Trail! Dutchy was a wonderful shuttle driver for an early morning excursion, and you’ll get a bonus mini-tour from him on the way. :) s welcoming as coming home, peaceful and quiet location, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Places close early so plan accordingly! To fellow hikers, you can do it if I could. Happy trails!"

"We enjoyed the two spaces and five bedrooms for the family and a couple of little children. The only downside was that the washing machine was not working. It would fill with water and empty but not agitate or spin. We had been away for a week so were keen to catch up with our washing, so this was disappointing. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the well appointed amenities. "
