Good location, good breakfast spread, good staff (some more helpful than others... special thanks to Quan), good rooftop bar, decent rooms albeit it with some issues which were resolved by management (where possible). And if you book a suite, prefer a room with a shower over one with a bathtub.

Everything was so good.

Everything was really good, especially the kindness of the staff as well as the consideration of late-checkout. I was even able to take a shower after checking out so I could go to the airport with the fresh condition. I would definitely consider to be staying here again if I coming to Hanoi in the future.

Great Hanoi old town and central hotel. The standout has to be the staff who were all pretty incredible. I don't think I've ever felt so at home in a hotel. Pretty much everything you'd want to see in central Hanoi is in walking distance with the hotel facing out directly on to one of the city lakes. Market/night market, shops, bars and restaurants are minutes away whilst the hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar.

Fantastic 5 day stay.Beautiful clean facilities and great staff.Breakfast was well above average.Roof top bar is quite famous and easy to see why.Great place to watch sunset and enjoy a drink.Rooms are very tasteful and up market.Recommend this hotel to anyone.
