"I loved this hotel—it’s very close to El Retiro Park and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Madrid. It’s also conveniently located near Atocha Station, which makes getting around very easy. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with all of our requests, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid."

The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Josefina at reception, who was attentive and genuinely friendly. We also appreciated the warm welcome from the team offering drinks while we waited—it was a lovely touch. Everything at this hotel exceeded expectations: the rooms, sauna, linens, towels, and the restaurant in the lobby were all outstanding. I will definitely be booking again."

"Das Hotel überzeugt in mehreren Punkten: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal für Stadtentdeckungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das echte Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und die B Corp Zertifizierung – man merkt, dass hinter dem Konzept eine ehrliche Überzeugung steckt. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsflächen waren tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Der entscheidende Kritikpunkt Leider wiegt ein wesentlicher Mangel schwerer als all diese Vorzüge: die Zimmergrösse steht in keinem vertretbaren Verhältnis zum Preis. Bei über 200 EUR pro Nacht war ich schlicht nicht darauf vorbereitet, wie beengt der Raum tatsächlich ist – das war ein echter Schockmoment beim Betreten des Zimmers. In dieser Preiskategorie darf man zu Recht ein Mindestmass an Komfort und Bewegungsfreiheit erwarten."
