"Room clean, just not perfect; found hair from previous party on the floor of the shower stall. All staff are friendly, even can addressed me by my last name in the Hallway. Excellent breakfast. "

"The room is very spacious and fashionably decorated. The view is also unbeatable from its height. Since the hotel is quite new, the shopping mall next to the hotel is still under construction. Their lounge is located on the 75th floor where you can enjoy a drink with unobstructed view."

"Air con didn't work properly"

"I took Grab from KLIA, arriving at the hotel for early check-in. I walked through the mall to the museum cluster to spend time visiting the museums. My room was clean, although small with kettle, coffee, mini fridge, & air conditioning. This all contributed to my comfortable stay. The shower temperature was warm, not hot. The noise level was high because the location of the hotel is adjacent to the monorail station, but was tolerable with ear plugs. All hotel staff were helpful & welcoming to visitors. I took the escalator from the hotel to the mall, MRT & monorail station. My meals were in the mall. There are several convenience stores nearby the hotel, as well as a grocery store in the mall. There also is a Touch n Go store in the mall. My 4-day stay at the hotel worked out very well for me."

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a long time, and that includes five-star resorts around the world The staff, the room, the service, the character within the place, the location. There really wasn't anywhere that we could have stayed that was better to make our trip as amazing as it was. "

"Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental "
