Great price and location. 10 minute walk to Express trains to KUL airport. Nu Mall nearby with 6 floors, plenty of dining options. Free internet was so-so, but fine most of the time.

Centrally located to Sentral station. Located in little India. Building had a power outage in the middle of the night and resolved within an hour by staff. Towels were stained and ripped. Bedding was clean. There was dust build up in the aircon.

Not very hygenic. Counter staff was not wearing mask, sneezed into hand before handing change and key card to me. But the location is amazing, just beside the monorail station, opposite KL Sentral and a huge mall! Also we had a quiet night's sleep even though our room overlooks the main street because the room had a well sealed double glazed window!

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Room condition is considered above average. As budget hotel, I don’t expect much. Paid for supreme room with city view but ended up a window facing the wall of next building. Feel cheated but it’s okay with the pricing. Cleanliness need improvement. Floor is not very clean, some stains on bed sheet and quilt cover, black ants crawling around. The worse is the sound proofing of the hotel. Can easily awaken by the loud noise of doors closing by other guest and people chatting at the corridor. I’ve to step out in the morning to shut them up. Not very pleasant but it’s too disturbing.

Room was filthy, towers had holes and were worn out at the edges. The curtain, walls, bed and table all had stains. I looked and checked out same day, and they wouldn’t refund. Disgusting room and management. Yuck!

ＫＬセントラルから近くの賑やかな場所で、わかりやすくてよかったです良い点立地と値段繁華街にリーズナブルな価格で泊まれます部屋はコンパクトですが、ベッドの寝心地はいいですレセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで感じよかったです良くない点これは私が泊まった部屋だけかもしれません。シャワーのノズルは上からの固定タイプと、ハンドシャワーの2種類ですが、切り替えスイッチが壊れているので、上からのレインシャワーしか使えませんでした。掃除は全体に雑ですベッドの下に大きなゴミが残っていたり.床に髪の毛やホコリがたまっているので、スリッパ持参をお勧めします。ヘアドライヤーはレセプションにもありません総合的には、細かいことを気にしなければ快適に過ごせます。アメニティもシャンプーとボディソープのみですが、いつも自分用を持ってる人なら問題ないですね。近くに寺院やモスクがあるので、お祈りや朝夕の勤行の音が気になる人にはおすすめしませんが、私は面白かったです

Good budget hotel close to KL Sentral and Brickfields. Staff were helpful and polite. Only problems really was safe didn't open, and noisy Chinese woman in the next suite was playing stupid music on repeat for hours, and talking non stop in the hall. Just inconsiderate.

I was there only for a night. Didnt felt safe cause my room does not have a latch. I checked in late so they did upgrade me to a window room instead of windowless. The view was great. But the room without latch is uneasy for a girl travelling solo. There was some mould on the corner of the floor and old stains on the sheet as mentioned by other reviewers. Hence, I actually brought my own sheet to sleep on during this stay 😅 Location is good near KL Sentral. But it is at the second row behind the main street. Hence walking at night alone felt a bit uneasy. No problem for a guy or if you travelling with a friend though. In the day light it was not a problem for me. There is 24hours eateries walking distance from the hotel if you need to take a bite. Hence it's convenience. There is a storage for you to put your stuff after check out, but there is no numbering system or staff manning them, everyone put and take their luggage by freely. So there is a risk of people mistakenly take your luggage out etc. But you can take your chance with it if need be. Would I reconsider staying again? Yes, due to the price and I slept well when I was there. =)
